Chancellor Khosla and several campus members recently met Robert Reich, former U.S. Secretary of Labor for President Bill Clinton, UC Berkeley public policy professor and author, at the screening of Reich’s film “Inequality for All.”  The Chancellor and Reich agree that America’s growing income gap threatens the viability of the American workforce and the foundation of democracy itself.  Chancellor Khosla often talks about education as the great equalizer and the key to social mobility.  The film screening was co-sponsored by the San Diego Foundation and the UC San Diego / Blum Cross-Border Initiative.
