Supporting and Encouraging Young Faculty

Over the last 22 years, the Hellman Fellowship Program has provided early opportunities to 300 young faculty in the early stages of their careers to support their research and career endeavors.  To celebrate our current fellows and acknowledge the tremendous impact of the Hellman Fellows Fund, a lunch was held yesterday at the Faculty Club.  Chancellor Khosla talked about the importance of early faculty support which helps propel research and break the barriers of knowledge.  Several of the Hellman Fellows shared the progress of their current research projects and how their fellowships contribute to their work.
