Chancellor Calls On Students at the Telephone Outreach Center

Students manning the phones for UC San Diego’s Telephone Outreach Program (TOP) received a surprise visit from Chancellor Khosla.  He stopped by to thank the 40 students at the call center for engaging with alumni and raising philanthropic support for the campus.  He also shared his goals of improving the student experience, enhancing diversity and increasing scholarship support at UC San Diego.  This year, student callers will spend more than 10,000 hours connecting with nearly 70,000 members of the Triton community through TOP.
