Advancing International Initiatives

More than 200 international and U.S. ambassadors, diplomats, business leaders, academics and investors gathered on the UC San Diego campus last week for the World Diplomatic Forum conference.  The event is designed to provide an open, nonpartisan venue for global leaders to discuss and develop sustainable goals and social priorities, and to foster collaboration for progress and success.  Participants, including Chancellor Khosla, discussed a diverse array of topics, including education, healthcare and cybersecurity.  The Chancellor specifically addressed ways to close the skills gap by educating a global workforce.
