13th Annual School Supplies Drive for Local Children Underway

Chancellor Khosla donates school supplies for local children

The 13th annual UC San Diego School Supply Drive is officially underway. Organizers are collecting school supplies to distribute to numerous classrooms in underserved schools across San Diego County. Collection boxes are located all over campus, including the Chancellor's Office. Staff, faculty and students are encouraged to donate new school supplies, backpacks, lunch boxes, gently used binders and children’s books.

The UC San Diego Bookstore is offering donation packs of schools supplies, and donation bins are available in front of the Bookstore entrance. For your convenience, when you order online to donate, your supplies will be place in the collection bins by bookstore staff.
