Meeting with Warren College Student Leaders

Leaders from the Warren College Student Council invited Chancellor Khosla to join their meeting last night, giving students the opportunity to ask questions and learn more about the exciting developments occurring at UC San Diego.  The Chancellor shared how the current transformation of our campus is going to enhance the student experience.  As an example, he described how the university’s vision of creating a “Live-Learn-Play” community will come to life through the North Torrey Pines Living and Learning Neighborhood (NTPLLN), the new home for Sixth College which will include student housing, class and lab space, and two new academic buildings – one for Arts and Humanities and one for Social Sciences. He emphasized that the university is committed to offering accessible and affordable student housing, as well as student-centered resources and opportunities to help students succeed, here at UC San Diego and in their careers.
